Global Learning is run by Nina Ness. For larger projects she cooperates and partners with her great network of other organisations, people and charities.

Nina is a consultant in learning processes and an experienced trainer and learning facilitator. She has an academic background in human sciences; psychology, pedagogic, sports and cultural understanding. She loves sports and the outdoors and likes to combine her training with outdoor and physical experiences. She is now based both in Oslo, Norway and in the Lake District, England.

Nina has long experience coaching and motivating youth and adults in life experiences, crisis, growth and development. She is skilled in solution focused problem solving, and uses an eclectic approach in her coaching methods.

Being Norwegian Nina has in-depth understanding of Scandinavian business culture and life. She has also studied Chinese national and business culture and has a good understanding and awareness of cultural aspects for European corporations and organisations doing business in China, or visa versa. Her general intercultural competence offers high level understanding of intercultural aspects and issues. She offers advice, coaching and training of cultural awareness and learning expatriates, employees, organisations and individuals.

Physical activities and outdoor experiences are often valuable tools for facilitating learning and raise motivation and inspiration. Nina uses sports, outdoor experiences and creative approaches in her coaching and interaction.
